On July 6, 2020, Richmond Hill Mayor Dave Barrow and his Council proclaimed October 2020 as Hispanic Heritage Month in the City of Richmond Hill.
The Month of October 2020 marked a significant moment in history because it was the first time ever that we hosted a Hispanic-themed Art Contest t in Richmond Hill. to observe this important month. Our Ward 3 Councillor Castro Liu sponsored prizes for our inaugural Art Contest.
